'According to Kotaku, after Rockstar deleted this mission, more popped up under names like "Charlie Pink" and other variations. The publisher continues to smack these levels down, but there are far more GTA Online players and trolls than Rockstar workers.

An underrated factor in "why don't people in wealthy societies have more kids" is changing societal norms that now expect even older kids to be chaperoned by an adult any time they are in public, and to be chauffeured by a parent as their only means of transportation
Older generations spent a lot less time parenting. Millennial dads spend nearly as much time parenting as Boomer moms did. Millennial and Gen X moms way more.

Josh awakened slowly. The last thing he remembered was the glint of the axe as it came down, and then... darkness. Where was he? Why was he naked? Why the hell couldn't he feel his limbs? As his vision cleared, he looked down. That's when he saw the nails. Josh began to scream.

"telling a person to fuck off out of town or make their lives hell until they do" based on their ethnicity is also known as "racial segregation" or "turning all of the US into a sundown town" if that helps y'all get it.
"well THEY weren't carrying the right piece of paper" oh like the Kennkarte?
Don't make me hans moleman you about "abandon all immigration enforcement". A city isn't in its legal rights to tell a person to fuck off out of town or make their lives hell until they do. Same with a state. These rights aren't seen as due, either. Why should a nation be otherwise

Makes sense if you just swap out the word "opposition" for "junior party in the governing coalition"
the president has declared war on an american state and the leaders of the opposition wont shut the fuck up about retraining the stormtroopers

I guess I can sit here online wringing my hands about what political leadership is and isn't doing or saying but really I think the "violence or peace" determination is being made at every moment by people watching violence being done to their friends and neighbors

Friends, Claudette Colvin—the 15-year-old who refused to give up her seat on a Montgomery bus in March 1955 & joined the federal case against bus segregation that went to the Supreme Court — died today at age 86. But there are lots of myths and mis-impressions about her. A short corrective thread:

I know liberals are never gonna get on board with this because it would require listening to trans women but...

It will forever be annoying to me that data suggest trans women are at a *disadvantage* in sports, and liberals will be like "oh well its a fair question" about literal segregation

Ok but jokes aside "hey he made this funny comic about resentful engineers who are smarter than their bosses, but eventually became a chud" isn't like a contradiction because "resentful engineers who think they're smarter than everyone else and became chuds" is why the US is the way it is rn

Today, I would like to present a deep dive into feminist history that got away from me.

Like, really got away from me.

It is about the futility of a politics of appeasement. It is about the unburial of a neglected feminist history. But most of all, it's about lesbian feminism, and sins unforgiven.
