Ok so its one of those dept of health posters you find in bathrooms. love English having extremely specific rules learned by "just hearing it" rather than in school, like adjective order. if you were asked you might think "there's no rule for that?" but there is, and native speakers know it on instinct: opinion, size, age, shape, colour, origin, material, purpose.
