City of Yes is GREAT. I do not get why it took until 2024 to get garbage cans mandated. He should be celebrated for that.
I would say these are Adams two biggest accomplishments.

Our snow removal people never showed. Our sidewalks were dangerous, illegal, and embarrassing. I just went and made them legal. Less dangerous and slightly less embarrassing. We were the only property on our block unshoveled. I'm furious that some company failed to do their job.
