articles about Flossie. He abandoned her long enough for her to end up in a poor house with the baby. The older kids in an orphanage. She went to find him and bring him home and he's with another woman AND says he's going to take the kids from her.

SALUTE means: Size: How many officers are visible? Activity: What is visibly happening? Are people being questioned ? Biometrics gathered? Detained? Location: Be precise with a subway station; intersection or address, versus an entire neighborhood (too vague, not easy to substantiate or respond to). Units/Uniforms: What letters, names, acronyms are visible on uniforms or vehicles? Many spotted units are confused with local NYPD units or other agencies (like National Guard) and are not ICE. Time: Be precise with date and time so you are not reposting hours or days old report info. Equipment: What is being used - flexicuffs? Weapons drawn? Door breakers? Thumbprint biometric scanners? Are there vehicles present, what kind, what is written on them or plates? Clear photos /videos are crucial in also assessing situations, especially when a real emergency exists. Clear photos/videos make ICE uniforms/units easier to recognize and distinguish from other agencies or local NYPD enforcement and National Guard, which are also being deployed en masse in subways and public spaces right now and who are also creating checkpoints and detaining people.
