Humans need to be dubbing and subbing shows. In fact, they should be given more leeway writing translations in the actual scripts. Languages don’t translate word for word. Colloquialisms and slang are important for character consistency. Grammar isn’t the same across languages either.

San Francisco can’t have nice things like this because the city won’t allow chains because rich boomer NIMBYs & older gen Xers want the city frozen in time. But I want this to be walkable or at least a reasonable amount of time away on transit not 1hr+ vs 25 minutes driving. We need our own Mamdani
