If Democrats do not leverage this to persecute fascists as zealously as those assholes leveraged the death of Charlie Kirk to persecute people who had the courage & decency to say he was an atrocious bigot then they will be affirming their Quisling status!
Democrats should demand every sitting Republican decry this attack and explicitly denounce it, and then censure all of them when they don’t do it. Act like normal decent humans defending your colleague.
