HE SAID WHAT??

How hard is that no because surely this can be negotiated. And surely it will involve Daniel Craig absolutely boring the man to death all through the shooting of the fourth movie demanding to be teamed up with Miss Piggy.
Am I a hypocrite for wanting this after giving a hard no to muppet knives out
Okay, I'm making my case for the only Muppet I want to see on Broadway right now...

Absolutely agreed.

And an excellent analog to so many things and so much expertise that people don't see as part of a process and thus think happen without that process.
Editors have a really hard job, and the good ones can make something unreadable readable, and the great ones can make something unreadable into something good. But they're basically invisible, until someone tries to write without one.

oh hiiii. Cutting all the things that make you you in order to save money, and those cuts resulting in a worse experience and therefore a drop in income? Where have I heard that before?

(Can someone infiltrate the MBA programmes & set up a module on 'people actually care about stuff, not profits'?)
Once the top U.S. fast-casual chain, Panera has dipped to number three, falling behind Chipotle and Panda Express.

Now, to try to win back consumers, the chain plans to reinvest in the business and undo many previously implemented cost-cutting measures, it said Tuesday.

OMG OMG OMG! Belgian universities ARE SPEAKING OUT! And brilliantly collectively. LOOK! hogeronderwijsinopstand.be

Belgian unis are also facing drastic cuts that will change what universities are. It's so hopeful to see staff pulling together so thoughtfully. Let's protect what we know to matter.

I’ve written a piece on the curious lack of media and political interest in the issues faced by our national @britishlibrary.bsky.social. This is strange given we live in a world where ideas, knowledge and research are a long-term source of innovation and insight
