Amazing: DHS's internal communications with Republicans described the victim of ICE's latest murder in Minneapolis as an "illegal alien." They apparently wanted this to be true so badly that they just stated it as fact.

If I were a very rich guy I would hire like 4-5 ex-DOJ prosecutors at whatever their salaries were and have them work 40 hours a week on developing legal theories for how to criminally charge these people

It's definitely not an act of bravery equivalent to facing down ICE. That's just dumb.
I can think of a couple. One is acknowledging the horrors. It sounds like you've made progress on this, but many haven't. It's an act of bravery as much as facing down an ICE goons, and we will need epistemic bravery to fix our problems.
