I read this out of semi-morbid curiosity and I have a couple thoughts, first one being: this headline is clickbaity as hell and designed, imo at least, to stoke outrage-sharing. This article’s mainly about the scientific usage of AI tools, not the slop machines we all know and hate.

i think to understand the meaning of the birthright citizenship clause to the framers of the 14th amendment, you have to understand significance of dred scott to the civil war republican party. dred scott wasn't just a bad ruling, it was understood as a rejection of the declaration itself.

1) It was the fruit of over a decade of planning and activism and
