Which of you asked Santa for a War with Venezuela for Christmas? Because it certainly wasn't the Congress of the United States, the body empowered by the Constitution to do so
Now that real reporters have been kicked out of the Pentagon for refusing to report only authorized news, we have to depend on tweets from people from Newsnation. No idea if this is reliable. But it’s worrying.

Billionaires should pay someone to be a personal ombudsman and tell them when their ideas (and jokes) are terrible, because while I'm sure people laughed at the party where Musk did this, it wasn't because his jokes were funny

Voting reform advocates should be willing to require ballots to be received by Election Day (as long as there are sufficient Election Day drop boxes), not just post-marked by Election Day, as part of a broader voting reform package. Faster counting of votes is good for trust in the system
Interesting: In testimony to the D.C. Council about implementing ranked-choice voting next year, elections board director Monica Evans says reporting results will take longer, up to 10 days after the election. That's because all mail ballots need to be received before counting.
