Not really an exaggeration to say this is the final end of any pretence of reliability or efficiency software development ever had. How can you ever trust a codebase that's so large that humans can never review it? We are so fucked it's making me dizzy
the more uncomfortable corollary to this is that I think the days of humans _reading_ the code is also mostly gone. you're producing so much code now that a human reviewer is a massive bottleneck.
IMO, you need to shift validation strategies massively towards tests and flagging high risk code.
