There is no such thing as unskilled labor.
As you’re preparing for your Thanksgiving meal, remember the skilled work it took to get that food to your grocery store.

Tell us your favorite Thanksgiving dish, and we can share some of what we know about the work behind the ingredients.

uh, WHOM
Pediatricians say vaccines do not cause autism. A bear-eating heroin addict who fantasizes about sucking his own semen out of his lovers' orifices says they do. For busy parents, it can be hard to know who to trust.

I have said for years that they’re all up to the same tricks. You didn’t want to hear it. Now it comes out a member of the sainted Beltway press bugged the once and future President of the United States to help a political opponent she was screwing.

I don’t know what to do about this, but it appears that DHS official leadership includes a bot?

Fascinating! I’m no expert but I think Pygmalion is a constant.
The new Frankenstein has me thinking about ur-stories of the West at that level or higher, the ones most referenced, alluded to, redone:

Bible (Genesis, Exodus, Job, Gospels, etc.)
Greek myths, Aesop, Iliad, Odyssey
Divine Comedy, Dr. Faustus
Don Quixote
Romeo & Juliet, Hamlet
Cinderella

Others?

you know, this is a great idea. they could even print them and deliver them to your house so you could read it at your convenience, like when you’re trying to wind down off a screen
I am on vacation this week and I forgot how much stuff is happening all the time while I'm at work that I usually never hear about, even being on this site. I keep thinking it would be great to have a big digest of it all every night. We could call it the news. Maybe even put it in a paper.

Y’all need to learn to warm that pecan pie up and serve it with a scoop of ice cream

It doesn’t matter how small your Thanksgiving guest list, you have to serve at least three pies

This is almost certainly an AI botch job stemming from a prompt that asked for an answer that wasn’t there. I maintain this is what the DOJ did with its fake Supreme Court citation brief that we all just sort of let go
