Lawyers have an ethical obligation to write well. Every lawyer can be a good writer. Every good legal writer can get better. Law students can learn to be good legal writers by studying #LegalWriting w/professionalized faculty who follow pedagogical best practices.

1. Be transparent. Tell your students why you’re asking them to do what you’re asking them to do.
