Does anyone in Baltimore need (or could use) a 20 lb turkey? Because reasons, we have acquired one, and while we can come up with uses for it, it's A Problem for my allergy issues and if someone needs it more, Sarah is happy to deliver anywhere in Baltimore

This is still incorrect. Just build. You can require some low and mid but every luxury place you build, is a person that can afford that price that would otherwise be competing with you for “non-luxury” housing. And they are going to win that fight

Hey gang, guess what my next Liberal Currents essay is going to tackle?

Yes, the supposed genius and success of the "they/them" ad has been wildly overstated in one of the most degrading exercises in elite confirmation bias I've seen in a while. And it was worse than I thought. Stay tuned!
Just apropos of some ongoing discourse, I think the political class is describing way more salient to the “Kamala is for they them” ad then is actually warranted

Somewhere, someone with a great deal of INT and a WIS penalty is figuring out how to cross the Chotiner with the Tewson.

Is this likely to work? To the best of my knowledge and belief? No.

Would the pillars of heaven tremble if it did?

Oh my. Yes.

Don’t know what’s funnier—calling Alan Dershowitz, a man at war with multiple farmers markets—“charismatic,” or throwing it back to Dana Loesch who no one has even thought about since 2018
"elevate charismatic figures such as Alan Dershowitz"

UK's far right Reform is currently polling around 30%, similar to Germany's far right AfD. But in Germany proportional representation means they are out of government.

In the UK, should the election be held today, Reform would have a blow out majority in the Commons.

This deserves broader media coverage than it’s been getting. Even though Trump is polling lower on this issue than he was before, it’s still about his strongest issue. Not enough people know what the facts are about ICE detentions and deportations.
