I’ve been speechless & despondent about all of the horrors this weekend that has been visited upon people & communities. The gun violence, the antisemitism, everything else. All I can really say is that I’m so sorry & I truly hope to live to see the day when we decide to do right by one another.

I think we should not accept that the academic year is supposed to conclude with an intense period of work overload. The way it's set up students & faculty are pushing last minute in finals season. We've all had the all nighters, pushing our bodies past health. It's time to think differently.
