This is insane. Unmarked car. 3 masked guys exit and immediately draw weapons at an unarmed woman. Watch the video in the story to see what zero accountability looks like.

Where and when will accountability come for all of this, the murders, the separated families, the smashed car windows, and on and on?

UPS has announced 78,000 job cuts since last year. Its CEO made $24M.

HP announced up to 6,000 layoffs in November. Its CEO made $21M.

This is what I mean when I say the system is rigged.

Barf.
Ian Eagle just added, "A big part of it from the Timberwolves perspective is not about taking sides, it's about honoring the collective humanity, and affirming that every person in Minnesota deserves safety dignity and peace"

WTF is that? Did he get that from a player?

Law enforcement officers have always been unmasked in this country until ICE started wearing them last year.

*That* is the departure from norms. *That* is the step too far.
Tillis says he opposes ICE being barred from wearing masks: "I've seen people dox me. I've seen people take pictures and identify law enforcement officers and then put their families at risk. So, I think that's a step too far."

It seems to me like a slam fuckin dunk that ICE should be abolished on their non-compliance alone, if weenie Dems are afraid they need some reason other than the fucking disgusting concept of ICE existing in the first place
An extraordinary document. Read it.

“Attached to this order is an appendix that identifies 96 court orders that ICE has violated in 74 cases. … ICE has likely violated more court orders in January 2026 than some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence.”

This is still unacceptable. There is no reform possible for a culture of lawlessness. You have to rip it up at the root and create a whole new culture.
SCHUMER says Democrats are “united” behind three DHS reforms

1/ End roving patrols; tighten the rules on warrants and require ICE to coordinate with local authorities.

2/ Enforce accountability; a uniform code of conduct.

3/ Require masks off, body cameras on, agents carry ID.

I agree that it’s high fucking time that we stopped acting like we need to grovel and constantly justify the existence of some of our most incredibly elemental and ancient human pursuits.
Are the humanities the only disciplines whose classes begin with modules speaking to the importance of studying the humanities? "Why study the humanities?" and "Why the humanities are important" must be cliches.

For any elected official who needs to hear this, I impart a lesson learned from the NFL:

When the other team is tired and on the back foot, you don’t call a timeout so they can catch their breath. You grind their fucking face into the dirt until the final whistle blows and you’ve won the game.

The Democratic party is screwed until people like him retire. Good grief.
Majority of the country now wants to abolish and/or dismantle ICE and yet Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. told the caucus the message had to be to “restrain, reform and restrict ICE.”

Once again it looks like Schumer is about to choke after getting a massive opportunity.

So pathetic and weak.

Come together for what? Progress towards what? I’m genuinely asking. The federal government is murdering Minnesotans and disappearing our neighbors. So if any of these CEO’s want to explain to me personally what I — as a state leader — should ask the federal government for, I’m available.
A letter released Sunday by the leaders of more than 60 Minnesota companies — including the CEOs of Target, General Mills, UnitedHealth Group and 3M — called for local and federal leaders to “come together to foster progress.”
Live: Minnesota's high-profile CEOs break silence, call for ‘immediate deescalation’
The letter marks a notable shift from Minnesota’s top employers, who had previously remained quiet about the surge of immigration officials in the state and the killing of Renee Good.
