As far as I know, Tom Suozzi here still does not have a primary challenger in his district (NY-3 on Long Island).
The filing deadline is April 6 for the primary on June 23, and if there's a remotely progressive town council member or PTA president in that district, this is the time to make a move.

I made a bunch of bad decisions when I was 23, most of them the opposite of this (work little, drink a bunch, eat Lean Cuisines) and believed it was The Way because my body could take it. Had absolutely nothing the fuck to do with anything else, and I'm glad I didn't think so at the time.
Man, I would not take a 23-year-old's advice about life on anything, I'm pretty sure 23-year-olds can fall down a flight of stairs and they'd bounce back up like a rubber ball
