Old video games bloke from Newcastle. Definitely Left-leaning and hence increasingly annoyed in these troubled times.

The emotional highs, the angry lows and the creamy middles of 20th Century video-gaming with authentic "Written-By-The-People-Who-Were-Actually-There-At-The-Time" Power!

Put a like on Jaz's post or it'll never happen!
Concept test!

Thinking about making this:

-20th century gaming only
-Covers old games/events/systems (similar to my book)
-52 pages/6 issues per year

-A5 to meet a target price of <£10 an issue
-Subs only
-Kickstarter in March-ish

Interested?

More info/concepts to come!

Fucking right.
Rob Reiner brought nothing but joy into peoples lives.

The next time some arsehole is on TV spouting hate, remember that they have brought absolutely no joy into the world at all and I'm sick of these people seemingly ruling everything now.

Side note for Death: could you go for some absolute shitheads for a while please? Leave us with some of the good ones for a bit longer, please.

Lots more info coming but I guess the most important thing to know is that this was entirely self-funded. No-one was ever going to make it so I made it myself. It's been so refreshing to actually MAKE something instead of constantly asking other people for money and permission to make something.
I'm bored today so I decided it's time to announce the secret project.

A cultural act of war.
Buckle up - because this now amounts to a direct and deliberate attack on our country and its cultural sovereignty. Which side our politicians take - Trump's or the BBC's - over the coming days and weeks will speak volumes about their patriotism.
Trump says he will sue BBC for at least $1bn over Panorama edit
The US president confirmed he intends to sue the broadcaster for at least $1bn over the Panorama edit of a 2021 speech.

Ooh dear, Commodore (Ab)User! The review of C64 Elite in issue 20 reveals it was "not original" because, haven't you heard of Star Raiders (on the Atari, not the C64)?

Star Raiders' reputation intrigued me for years until I played it and found it incomprehensible. What was I missing, Atari fans?
