This is pretty cool (I had this same thought myself) and honestly not a bad business idea as a web service. "People who are strongly considering dropping 4–5 figures on an HVAC system" seems like an audience that businesses would be eager to advertise to.
Anyone can use my spreadsheet for sizing replacement HVAC systems using historic fuel billing data and it's way more accurate than having an HVAC contractor do a manual J docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

IMO the right call here: www.cascadiadaily.com/2025/oct/07/.... Electric buses are only going to get better and cheaper, and diesel buses are already so much better than solo driving that it's a net win if it keeps a few more cars off the road.
