The public made noise for Liam Ramos and it got him released from Dilley.

Now we must make noise for 7 year old Diana Crespo.

Her parents were taking her for emergency medical care when ICE grabbed them, and she’s rotting in the camp sick and exposed to measles.

Get them out!

worth noting that the second rich people stopped being afraid of mobs tearing them limb from limb, they stopped building libraries and opera houses and stuff and started ripping the copper wiring out of the walls of society instead

"My country right or wrong."

We all bear responsibility for what our communities do, large or small.

But if you want to avoid blame when your community chooses something awful, you need to oppose it loudly and honestly.

(No wishy-washy "I don't like it but there's nothing I can do.")
Highlighting the speaker who stood in front of the Surprise mayor and told him to consider what the Mayor of Ohrdruf must’ve thought before he died by suicide: “He might have thought ‘how is this my fault I had no jurisdiction over this’ maybe he said ‘this site was not subject to local zoning.’”

It’s frankly insulting that the worlds worst people weren’t meeting in a command center in a volcano wearing ceremonial robes but were all emailing on Hotmail accounts like “want 2 atrosity? With wemen?”

Whole lot of you following Neil Gaiman, and I assume it's because you forgot you did so and he stopped posting when it was revealed he is a rapist.

Since he's trying to make a return, do yourself a favour and check if you're following @neilhimself.neilgaiman.com and if so unfollow and block.

Oh good Adobe is now not just charging me more every month but apparently they are removing Animate, my primary software. Any other animators have suggestions for new software suites? My whole workflow is drawing in the program as I animate!

Don’t forget the kids who weren’t lucky enough to have a cute photo go viral to get people outraged on their behalf. They ALL must be released.
Liam, 5, has been freed, but four other students from his school district remain detained in Texas. Two boys from his elementary school were taken Thurs

“This isn’t something we are prepared or trained for. We’ve dedicated our lives to protecting + educating children,” school superintendent told me
ICE detains two more students from Liam Ramos’s school, officials say
The brothers’ mother was taken by ICE and Minnesota educators were forced to bring the children to her

A bystander took a heart-wrenching picture of Liam Ramos in his hat and Spiderman backpack, and there was pressure, and he and his father are free. We must not forget all the prisoners still in the camps whose names and faces are known only to their loved ones. We must make miracles for them, too.

We know that 4more children from Liam's school are still in ICE custody in TX. But we still do not know how many children from MN in total have been detained by ICE.

*And by “stand-alone,” I mean yes it’s a spinoff from a series, but you can start fresh here without all the buy-in.

Anyway, what’s more important to consider is the content warning:

A 1.5 hour video is a long ask for some people.

But the first hour is very informative, and (spoilers i guess?) the top three comments when i watched it have some great things to say about the last 30 minutes.

Ep 4 of Starfleet Academy was predictable (Avalyn and i took turns shouting the solution at the screen) but it was told well, and we enjoyed it.

It continues the trend of the newest episode being our favorite. (A trend that can't last, but it's nice while it does.)

Remember, children, hate-watching is just as good as any other viewing statistics to streaming companies.

Just wait for 3rd party clips of the AI show, don’t watch out of morbid curiosity. Love and hate are identical to internet companies, indifference is what they fear

Here’s what I think we should do with the concentration camps. Ready?
Let every detainee out. Give all of them citizenship and reparations with no strings attached. Dismantle the facilities brick by brick. Never open another one ever again.

After looking through a lot of listings and doing some research, the best options i've found so far are the brands "Made By Dentists" and "SuperMouth".

One has a weird(er) name and the other has weird packaging, but they both seem to be legitimate, so i'll go for the more professional packaging.

Okay Amazon, Walgreens has failed me so i guess you're reluctantly getting my business

Show me "hydroxyapatite toothpaste with fluoride"

...

Tell me Amazon search algorithm, why do 90%+ of the results prominently say "fluoride free"? And why isn't that one of the 20-30 things you can filter on?

It seems a little unfair that we're not supposed to call the Senate & House Leaders unless we're in their district, but they get to make blanket statements about all of us.

(Not that i think people like Schumer or Jeffries are likely to respond to requests or criticism from the proles, but still!)
SCHUMER says Democrats are “united” behind three DHS reforms

1/ End roving patrols; tighten the rules on warrants and require ICE to coordinate with local authorities.

2/ Enforce accountability; a uniform code of conduct.

3/ Require masks off, body cameras on, agents carry ID.
