Prof. Carney spoke extensively on vulnerability as a concept in policy and law and his closing remarks were that we are all at all times vulnerable in some respect or other, and this is why the law exists.
Terry Carney AO beginning his lecture touching on Robodebt, the Targeted Compliance Framework, the apportionment debt scandal, the NDIS budget assessment automation, think that should just about cover it in a tight hour or so.

A major news media conglomerate - historically blood-feud prejudiced against the current incumbent party - publishing agitprop across every mast head alongside roll-out events, such as 'lightning up bridges with slogans', is a very normal & unsuspicious thing to happen in our democracy.
