The four most abundant butterflies on the Uloola Track today were the Common Grass Blue, Australian Painted Lady, Caper White and Varied Swordgrass Brown. Caper Whites often eclose in enormous numbers, sometimes in the millions. I'm hoping their presence is the sign of one of these fabulous events!

If only we had learned from every previous time this happened that doing something on the cheap is only cheaper if that thing actually works; when it inevitably doesn't work you will have to pay for the failure and then pay full price (plus a rush fee) to have the job done properly.

just had a battery fire scare after my vape cart and battery went straight in fully submerged in a glass of ice water and then stayed stuck on the high heat setting and as of rn still is stuck on the high heat setting in two zip loc bags in our drive way w/some rice in the inner bag
