Not only did ICE lie about what happened, but Chief O'Hara also repeated it as fact, and then the "news" ran with it.
I'm sure everyone will be SHOCKED to hear that the videos do not show the whole "people came out and attacked ICE with snow shovels" thing that ICE claimed was what happened. This was not a remotely defensive gunshot.
