i changed my lineart brush this year, but also sketching brush, and i think that made a huge difference as well. since the sketch is the foundation it's probably obvious, but i didn't think about it until i decided to experiment more...

Now, before everybody panics and runs around like headless chickens, they have yet to introduce the bill, and Graham and Whitehouse have tried to pass this before and failed. The previous versions have never made it past the introduction stage.
Sen. WHITEHOUSE: We finally are moving to file a bipartisan Section 230 repeal bill. Waiting any longer serves no useful purpose.
