We have Justin Amash and Bill Kristol saying ABOLISH ICE before most Democrats.

What does that say about the Democratic establishment?

Primary season is on right now, folks.

We all deserve better.

To quote Billy Bragg:

There's power in the factory, power in the land.
Power in the hand of the worker!
But it don't amount to nothing if together we don't stand.
THERE IS POWER IN A UNION!
2026 is already bringing about studio closures and corporate decisions without worker input.

Now is the time to build a better future. As tech and video game workers, organizing is how we fight back.

60 workers at Ubisoft’s studio in Halifax, Nova Scotia voted to form a union.

In response, Ubisoft announced it was closing the entire studio. Maybe it’s time to look into the millions they get in public money for operating in Canada.

oldhead advice from an oldhead.

every couple years, newcomers to the movement think "THIS is finally it, the moment when the dam breaks and the whole system is overthrown"

and when it doesn't happen they lose patience and get disillusioned and drop out of movement work

gotta build for long term

I don't know who needs to hear this, but cops are not allowed to shoot people just because you didn't do what they said.

That is called murder when they do that.

Some cops are working hard to convince people otherwise.

- file impeachment articles every day in the House

- withhold unanimous consent in the senate and filibuster every nominee

- be everywhere with comms saying this is lawless and impeachable

"Secret police" is often misunderstood to mean a force that operates covertly, with all their operations secret.

But a secret police force's actions are often public. The secret part is hiding their identities, because they're breaking laws to hurt politically disfavored people, and fear reprisals.
