By a vote of 76-23, S 1071 passes the motion to proceed to the motion to concur. Won't know who voted for this until the roll call is uploaded, but safe to say it passed with the support of at least 24 members of the Democratic caucus. (Rand Paul probably voted nay and Steve Daines has been absent).

There is one response when someone does an identify joke in your presence and that's to say 'huh, and I thought you identified as a cunt'
I’ve heard and seen more ‘identify as’ jokes creeping into the mainstream media. There was one on channel 4’s last leg the other week - okay it wasn’t one of the regulars, or a well known personality that cracked it, but everyone laughed and no one called them out.
