i am of the humble opinion that S.T.U.N. Runner is one of the greatest games ever made. it has aged shockingly well for such an early 3D title. it's fast-paced and challenging but never feels impossible or like it's trying to rip you off, and finishing the game tastes like sweet victory. 10/10

Breath of Fire 3 is a JRPG for the PS1 and the next game for me to beat.

played through Chex Quest last night and it's honestly adorable. i love seeing Doom reinterpreted in such a nonviolent way, especially considering the gameplay itself is almost completely unchanged. the Supercharge replaced with a Balanced Breakfast? that's just awesome.
