Wow, even 3G has been retired? We've still (mostly) got 2G and 3G service here, but it's slow and definitely going to be deprecated soon.

Yeah, I just picked those up on sale myself for PS5. I'm wrapping up the main game trophies now - excited to start the DLCs and get more story and time with these characters!

Nice, hope you enjoy Outlaws! I'm happy that they got the team back to create a Switch 2 port even after cancelling (or so I've heard) work on a potential sequel...

Is that Windows CE? That's so cool!
Did something change in US phone networks so that old phones don't work? Over here I could (in theory) dig my old Nokia 5110 out from a drawer, pop my SIM card into it and still call and text people...

Tbh since Atari is not the same Atari as back in the days of Asteroids, by several degrees, it’s not always obvious how much of their back catalogue the current name owners actually own…

Yep, Union / Unchained X is dead. I think you can still download it and watch all of the story cutscenes though. I played it for a while too, really liked the medal fusion system.

The skill learning system was one of my favourite parts of BoF3, there’s a few that you can get early on like Burn which are very useful. The Master system (no not that one) is neat as well, you’ll meet a guy called Bunyan soon who’ll introduce you to it.

Yes! The version with the long, instrumental intro that suddenly drops into Murray Head’s drawling vocals is my favourite. Benny & Bjorn sure can write ‘em.

I sometimes feel like a YouTube snob when I click on a video and immediately click off because of poor production values… it might be a super interesting subject matter but if they sound like they’re broadcasting to you from the moon, I’m not putting my ears through 30 minutes of video essay 😅
