I've spent four decades in professional kitchens ..we will literally fight each other for the opportunity to throw regular assholes out ...we would work for free if we could throw ICE out ...they have no idea how much hate we have for them in restaurants ...
I'm not sure the author of this piece ever worked a service job before, because getting the authority to say "get the fuck out right now" to a visitor that's annoying the shit out of people is one of the rare joys of a service job

the question to ask about this is, okay, he wants to cancel the midterms. how does he get the VA state board of elections to cancel the midterms? how does he get the georgia board of elections to do it? how does he convince republican house members to quit their jobs and give up their paychecks?
