Hegseth’s foolish threat to investigate Sen. Mark Kelly for urging military to refuse illegal orders is more sickening in light of his illegal order to “kill everyone” after two wounded men survived his first military strike. Hegseth must be held accountable.

The Boston Globe identified the companies in Massachusetts that employ the most SNAP recipients. A key stat: "In Massachusetts, 74% of working-age recipients of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program are employed, half of them full-time."

Sarah Beckstrom was a young lady from Appalachia who joined the National Guard right out of high school. It was her ticket to serving our country in the FBI. Instead she died needlessly, another example of a poorer person dying while fighting a powerful man's battle.

This is a sign of a healthy democracy. Imagine Trump’s DOJ investigating Trump’s closest aides or Russian prosecutors investigating Putin’s closest aides. It’s inconceivable even though corruption is rampant. Yet Zelensky’s closest aide is being forced out in a corruption investigation.
