"[Kristi Noem] is a dangerous cocktail of authority, bigotry and incompetence."

Such a perfect summation of this regime. A bunch of hateful, evil people who have power yet are also blundering fools.
From Massachusetts to Minnesota, the people demand accountability.

Abolish ICE.
Impeach Kristi Noem.
End qualified immunity.
Cut off funding for DHS.

Congress cannot keep sponsoring this campaign of cruelty.

My gosh. Alex Pretti was notifying neighbors that Trump and Vance's agents were chasing a family. A mob of agents then tackled him and broke his rib.

He thought he was going to die.

Then the very next week, he came back out to support his neighbors.

And a mob of agents killed him.

There are lots of reasons for the way Mpls has stood up, including local pride and social trust and experience organizing in 2020, and all that's true.

But I think part of it is just that bc ICE has been everywhere, it's personal to everyone. No "well, that's a different neighborhood."

I shouldn’t have to clarify this but since people want to deliberately misunderstand me in my mentions: I am talking here about national food centric outlets, not local journalists who are doing remarkable work.

This story deserves national coverage.
Kinda crazy to me that food media has essentially ignored the incredible work that protesters are doing to feed their neighbors in Minnesota, Maine, and beyond

There is no bigger story in food right now than this but yes of course let’s talk about Noma some fucking more
