When I decided to start posting on Bluesky after lurking Twitter for years, I didn’t anticipate how many of my posts would be about Skyline Chili
As an engineer within the Skyline sphere of influence, I will point out that the cheese is indeed 50% by volume, but has a low bulk density
It's about 50% pasta, 50% shredded cheese, and 20% chili.
