Totally agree, and what’s more, general reminder that countries are human-made concepts, and that pretending the geographical location of someone’s birth makes them more or less entitled to rights and protections, or even “not our problem”, is one of the most heinous evils ever perpetrated.

What we demand is just *actual* opposition and resistance to fascism, rather than voting alongside them and giving in to whatever they want, like Dems do.

I would DEARLY love to see an end to the “if I can do it, you can too” attitude.
I get it, it’s *supposed* to be an encouragement, but too often its effect is a blend of toxic positivity and judgmentalism. It doesn’t encourage, it doesn’t help, it just offers bland cheerleading.
