The Roy Morgan, Labour/Talbot Mills, and Taypayers' Union/Curia polls aren't explicitly done for media. (Curia also does polling for National, I believe.)

Political parties sometimes put more emphasis on accuracy than cost, but they also have a natural bias that can creep in.

Yes, a poll done for the media, which usually means the emphasis is much more on fast and cheap than accurate. Maybe that doesn't really matter, if they're consistent over time, and there are a range of polls to compare. We just have to hope they're not all making the same mistakes.

That's overstating it. Fairly low-end commercial poll I think.

Press gives only brief notes on methodology. Freshwater's site has nothing yet on Oct poll, only June. Press says eligible voters surveyed, but Freshwater says people aged 18+,from online panels. Weighting murky. No response rate given.

My personal experience is that the effect of humidity changes from making it feel cooler to warmer somewhere around 70 °F.

But maybe it's something else. Does sunshine make a big difference to how your house feels?
