- Replace Jeffries as Dem House leader. Raskin?
- Make DC a state giving 2 more Dem Senators
- Convince 3 GOP Sens (Murkowski, Cassidy, ???) to vote with Dems
- Impeach and convict VP Vance. Don't allow a replacement.

Qualified immunity is a BS legal precedent conjured up by the courts that enables a LOT of law enforcement brutality in this country, and getting rid of it needs to be a top priority alongside abolishing the DHS.
There's no ICE accountability without ending qualified immunity.
