For anyone just getting started on #SecularPieThursday, here is a lovely pastry pie crust recipe that @katbird.bsky.social was kind enough to share. Easiest crust I’ve made in a while!
Oh sure! For one crust:
1 1/4 c AP flour
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1 stick cold unsalted butter cut into chunks
~ 3oz very cold water
Mix dry ingredients, then cut in butter until it resembles coarse meal. Make a well and add the water a little at a time, mixing in gently with a fork. (1/2)
