UPS are being absolute twats on delivery for me.

Refuse to leave in a safe place. Refuse to provide a 2 hour window. Refuse to deliver to a neighbour.

Offered an option to change the date which I tried to do, but then this morning they insist it will be delivered today regardless of the request.

Lot of people treated a genocide of a people, sponsored by their own country, as an annoying pet issue that needed to be shelved after the killing as complete or pushed aside for other political problems. And pretended that it was just too complicated to engage with.
