My uncle is a crank who made a phony bomb threat against a supermarket and is currently trying to scam his way into inheriting my gran's house, I don't think we really need his input on everything I do at my job.

I won’t name names because I don’t presume to know what people think in private but if you’re still considering the likes of Helen Lewis and Sonia Sodha respected colleagues instead of obviously radicalised and obsessed loons give your head a wobble.
I don’t like subtweeting people I consider online friends, but there is a subset of people who are very worried about the ongoing radicalisation of our political elite but won’t ever acknowledge the echoes with the radicalisation of their colleagues on trans rights
And few who are sympathetic to us, some who are friendly with me on here, will ever stick their head above the parapet

Arsonist says he finds the idea of a deliberately started fire "offensive".
Robbie Gibb says he finds the idea there's been a coup at the BBC is "offensive". I doubt he finds it nearly as offensive as I find his efforts to interfere with editorial independence or hiring decisions, but sure.
