They are of course wrong. Understanding how race works in something like, voting, doesn't mean you *must* discriminate against one group or another. But Gorsuch and Brett can't see it that way. Because when *they* "use" race, it's always to discriminate.

The fight here with Gorsuch and Kav vs Nelson is whether the "use" of race automatically means "discrimination" on the basis of race.

That's interesting to me, because it's basically the white folks telling on themselves. They cannot see a "use" of race that isn't synonymous with discrimination.

We're basically watching EA Games, one of the biggest publishers in the industry, slowly being fed into a woodchipper. It's a very realistic scenario that by this time next year, there will be no more EA. No more Battlefield, no more Mass Effect, no more Dragon Age, no more Sims.
