in 1968 I rode my bike to where they were constructing the new swimming pool next to the rec centre with two other kids & we crawled through the tunnels created by the formwork to make the walkways around the pool. It was dark & full of cobwebs & rebar & DANGEROUS AS SHIT. I collected many bruises.
