we were doing okay. even after me losing my good paying job,& being in hospital. we were making it fine every month while gwen worked delivery in town. students in it pays upwards of $24/hr

even after the subarus engine failed w just 75k miles but not now ,,, losing another car 7months later

yeah, this part that the manufacturer has extended to a lifetime unlimited miles warranty,,,,yours is too broken to give us the code to say its broken,,, so its not covered under warranty even tho theres only 35k miles on it

just plugged it in to their diagnostic computer for some codes and then hassled us abt the ptu not being covered under recall or warranty and now we find out,,, well actually we cant replace the ptu actuator we just got in bc the whole ptu is fuckn melted,,, you mean a mechanic never checked ???

this fucking jeep dealership has crossed too many lines. they got to the point of actually replacing a part today only to find out they cant bc the part it goes in is too melted which means they hadn't fuckn layed eyes or hands on the problem parts this entire damn time theyve had it. i'm done
