no one will ever convince me that the services - or at least the army - give a shit about fitness when we encourage sleep habits that are universally acknowledged as extremely detrimental to servicemembers, and, by extension, combat performance.
Crossfit is stupid and so is he but high standards for physical fitness are essential and Ds interested in national security should be very careful publicly rolling their eyes around the topic
