I've been working on some dental surgery, so I can't pay the deductible to get them checked out yet until maybe next year.

Got my shoulder rehabbed and was in 5 days a week until I got golfer's elbow that took forever to heal. Finally this spring I took time off work, figured out a good workout schedule, started slow and worked my way up. Took three months. About the time I got to where I wanted to do a strength test...

I can absolutely relate. Could never get into running because I'd be literally starting from zero can barely run across the parking lot.

During COVID I got into the gym and lost some weight, gained some strength but then needed gall bladder surgery, my mom died, and injured my shoulder.
