yeah, I mostly feel the same. I wish the tone had leaned slightly more rom-com than rom-dram and there are places where the low budget shows, but that's to be expected with a streamer.

the film opens with this whole thing about how you're about to witness such terrifying sights that the movie theater management is worried for your well being...and then it's literally just a run of the mill thriller with maybe like two decent jump scares.
