IMO, it raises the question of how useful are executives?
A study by Dayforce shows 87% of executives use AI for work, compared to 57% of managers and just 27% of employees.

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?
Execs are embracing AI more than their employees are, new research suggests
Research from HR software company Dayforce suggests that executives are leaning into AI far more than their employees.

They are literally firing all the judges they think might grant relief. They just fired a friend of mine a couple hours ago. They have no shame. The bastards want an assembly line for deportations and nothing more; rubber-stamping bootlickers who’ll yes’sir at every new diktat to deny.
Instead of hiring more immigration judges, the Department of Justice just posted an ad for "deportation judges." join.justice.gov

I thoroughly reject that generative AI is something we are going to have to accept, it's simply not going to be true even in the wildest dreams of AI evangelists, and we have plenty of examples of games where AI generated elements were removed, so we know for a fact it can be done successfully.

Stefano, if the track has no real-world boundaries, so you have to put in little boxes of sharp rocks in various places, but it also puts so much energy through the tires that the sharp rocks cut holes in the tires, so you have to limit how many laps the tires can do, perhaps the track SUCKS

Britain never did grow out of oppressing the Irish because the country generally feels like it *should* own us regardless of all that pesky war of independence stuff
This is madness.

I read the thread and know why they're not failing the students. They gotta let colleges fail the students for the sake of the curriculum and other students
An issue we're seeing at all levels of university is that many students are simply refusing to do *anything*. They aren't reading the syllabus, aren't following assignment guidelines, aren't engaging with material, ignoring deadlines. And this might seem like old news, but it truly has ramped up.

If four-loss teams can get in the CFP just because they’re SEC, we may as well just nuke the playoff entirely
Do the Texas Longhorns deserve a spot in the College Football Playoff?

Horns make case with big win over Texas A&M. If chalk occurs, #HookEm is likely fighting with Notre Dame, Miami, and BYU for final CFP spot.

Will big wins override bad losses?

They're AI-generating the music here.

Fuck that.

You can “still work”.
