We got to meet the most unique little boy yesterday, he’s with our partner rescue. At first glance, he looks like a regular orange tabby. But take a closer look, & what seems like grease smudges is actually (drumroll)— small mixed tortoiseshell patches!! This little guy has 1:3000 XXY chromosomes.

as a side note, a lot of food banks in the U.K.- I dunno about the USA- won’t accept or give out formula (despite the govt publishing explicit guidance that legally they can do so).

Every time I buy someone formula, I also give them info on where, locally, they can get ongoing support.

Wow!! Incredible! I was lucky enough to be in a choir 30 yrs ago that travelled to Europe to perform. We got to sing Mozart’s Ave Maria in the cathedral that he composed it in, while looking across at the organ he used to play. It was mind blowing! I still get chills thinking about it.

Just a reminder that my right foot is severely sprained and I cannot make it to the food bank (and they will not deliver! Grrr) I’ve tried to get food delivered but only a tiny amount has shown up. We will run out of food in the next few days.

Also, youngest is now going thru a growth spurt. Ugh.
