BC has offered to expand production of the existing TMX line. BC has offered to dredge Burrard Inlet to allow bigger tankers. These practical concessions will vastly increase oil production. Carney should support these feasible options, instead of this highly unlikely, divisive pipeline. #cdnpoli

Objectively, PM Carney's handling of this pipeline issue-the decisions he's now made-has the real potential to be a brutal political calculation, with little real world economic upside. The NDP and Bloc must be ecstatic today, and I don't see the payoff for the Libs. #cdnpoli

ICE deported a woman who owned a home in the US for 30 years. A judge banned ICE from deporting her to Sierra Leone where she had been tortured, so it deported her to Ghana, which kidnapped her and sent her back Sierra Leone anyway. ICE is part of this illegal conspiracy.

Can someone explain why we need a new pipeline route through BC? Why can't they just double the TMX line, I don't get the need for a separate path? The Vancouver oil port only has a ship a day, surely it can handle one more? Can someone explain why Prince Rupert is even in play? #cdnpoli
