So this is a very interesting article. 1 in 17. Those are very scary numbers. The culture shift is good. We do need the environment to be as such that when a mistake has happened, we can right it. However, patients also deserve compensation and accountability. #cdnhealth #onpoli #fordnation

Culture shift on harm in care should include no fault compensation.

We also need system level accountability so executives and politicians cannot hide behind the CMPA & at fault.
