survived the gig (it was great and my friend whose release party it was is great and i only feel bad that i had to pack up and leave during his set because i was crashing) but my back REALLY hurts, like so tense i can’t be horizontal, and i genuinely wonder if i just need to cry for a bit to fix it

good news pals last night i was informed that i “sound a lot better,” and specifically my laughter no longer sounds like it’s “stopping me from crying” so i think i’m gonna try to gently ease back into work today. wish me luck???

also uh. murals! i am lucky that i get to paint murals sometimes! A lot of them are on the ground because I've done work with @coolstreetswpg.bsky.social for many summers now but I AM very capable of painting on walls!!!!

B: um, okay.. so.. Each section gets ten seconds so obviously just having the brush static on each tooth doesn’t quite work

7. M: (mocking) OBVIOUSLY
B: So I time out a 3 tooth area to brush gently back and forth for the second then move down one tooth and start again

8. M: (laughing) a 3-tooth system!! i’m CRYING
B: is a GOOD SYST-

Yeah, so I specifically want responses from people I know in the industry, many of whom I follow/follow me which is why I didn’t bother opening it up. When people limit replies it’s because it helps screen out responses from people who feel entitled to comment for attention yet have NOTHING to offer
