I use Quick Access in File Explorer all the time: for @askwoody.bsky.social subscribers, I take a look at how that changes in Windows 11, getting smarter but also possibly more annoying and less useful because the deep OneDrive and M365 integration can swamp the documents you actually want to find

I have long struggled with KPI's, trying to balance leaderships need to understand what we do in language they understand, and making sure the real talent is rewarded for what they accomplish.
